Ziana’s POV *6 months later*
“HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO LEO! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU!” Everybody sings to the little man standing at the edge of the table staring at the flickering candles on the cake with a big smile.
“YOU SMELL LIKE A MONKEY AND YOU LOOK LIKE ONE TOO!” Kai yells after everyone else has stopped
singing.
Leo’s smile turns into a glare as he looks at Kai. Laughs erupt around the room.
“I DON’T SMELL LIKE A MONKEY. YOU DO!” He yells and Kai sniffs his armpits and wrinkles his nose and holds up his hands.
“Okay. Maybe it was me. My bad little dude.” Kai says with a smile. Leo nods then looks back at the cake.
“Make a wish hon.” I say then point to the cake.
“I wish…. It’s a boy.” He says, then blows out the candles. The room is silent at that.
“You wish what’s a boy?” Killian asks. Him and Zane kneeling down to be more of he height. Leo smiles then
points to me.
“Mommy’s baby. I hope it’s a boy so I can have a little brother.” He answers, showing his grin. I blush as
Killian and Zane both look at me with wide eyes.
“Wh.. What?” Killian stutters, still staring at me wide eyed. Zane jumps up and rushes toward me, picking me up and spinning me around then sit me down.
“You’re pregnant?!” He asks excitedly and smiles.
“I am. I was going to tell you later. I didn’t want to ruin his birthday.” I say, turning to Leo as he begins to
screech or laugh. I can’t really tell. Killian is tickling him.
“You little stinker.” Killian says, then stand up and makes his way to me. Pulling me into and tight hug and
pulls back, setting his hands on my cheeks and bringing me towards him for a kiss.
“EWWWW!” Leo says and we pull away, laughing.
“Who wants cake?!” Addie asks, saving me from everyone’s congrats. At least for now.
She cuts the cake and hands it out to people. We enjoy it, but I enjoy watching everybody and feeling the love
that surrounds the room.
“Daddy. Can we do presents now?” Leo asks, looking at Zane, who he already knows is the quickest one to
say yes.
“Whatever you want little man. It’s your day” Zane says, guiding him to the big stack of presents in the
corner.
“Let’s get you cleaned up first. It looks like the cake attacked you and won.” Killian says, chasing after them and the picking Leo up and running towards the bathroom.
I look around the room, then frown. Turning towards mom as she makes her way to me, she has a big knowing smile on her face.

< Chapter 62
“Congratulations baby.” She says as she hugs me.
“Where’s dad?” I ask, pulling back.
- Points?
“Oh he’s coming. He just had to stop for something first.” She says.I look at her suspiciously before her smile grows bigger.
“Do you think his wish will come true?” She asks and I give her a questioning look.
“Do you KNOW if his wish will come true?” I ask and she laughs.
“Maybe.” She answers, but before I can press her on the topic the door bursts open and Warrick walks in with Uncle Linc, both carrying a very large box.
“Where’s the birthday boy?” Linc asks, making his way towards where Leo is now tearing open presents.
Warrick makes his way to me and pulls me in for a hug.
“There’s my girl.” He says and I smile, pulling back.
“Hey dad. Thought you might have gotten lost.” I said and he chuckles.
“Nope.” He says as Leo goes to open the big box. As soon as he barely opens the top of the box, it explodes with ribbon, glitter, and confetti.
“AHHHHH!” Leo yells as Warrick begins to belly laugh.
“Got ya! Your real present it outside.” Henry tells Leo, who glares at them then runs outside. I follow and stop on the porch when I see loads of bouncy houses all over the front yard. Everybody runs to them like the electronic store just announced that the first 100 people get anything they want for free.
I am chuckling at the sight when Warrick comes to my side, hugging me, then kissing my forehead.
“You know you’re in charge of cleaning up that mess in there right?” I ask and he laughs.
“Yeah no. You’re on your own for that one kid. That’s payback for making me a grandpa so young. Not that I’m too upset about that. I mean look at the little monster.” He says, gesturing to Leo who is playing with Zane, Killian, and Jax in one of the bound houses. Everybody else has gone to play on the other ones.
“Well you’re going to be having another little grandmonster soon.” I say, causing his eyes to bug out.
“I’ve already found 1 gray hair. Now I’m going to have a full head. I’ll blame you when your mother starts to complain.” He says, making me laugh.
“I don’t know… Is your hair line receding?” I ask as he gasps, then feels his hair. He narrows his eyes at me.
“Hardy har har. Very funny” He says.
“I thought so.” I respond as he huffs, then brings me in for another hug.
“I love you kid.” He says, then pulls away, staring at me with a serious expression.
“And as much as I love talking with you, if I don’t get a chance at that bouncy house filled with the plastic balls then I am going to be upset” He says, then takes off running
“HAVE FUN PLAYING WITH ALL THE BALLS!” I call out He barks out a laugh, but doesn’t slow making his way towards his intended target.
My mind then begins to wonder to the past 6 months. After that atrocious night of unbinding my wolf, Killian

remarked me and we got our full bond back.

We were able to get our revenge on Reg–eye–na. We watch Warrick toy and beat the crap out of Alpha Clint. His pack was then given to Alpha Sebastian.
Addie and Kai had their mating ceremony with flamingos.
Kai, Zane and I adopted Leo. Then had our mating ceremony, followed by the blood adoption ceremony.
And now, I’m pregnant. I am so excited to see what the future holds.
It only goes to show that it doesn’t matter how bad your past is or how worthless you may feel, there is always something worth fighting for. Love.
