“UUUGGGHHH!” I screamed. I can’t believe he stayed with that fat human bitch. I should rip that bitch throat out. Opening my mind link to my best friend “Hey brit, are you busy?” “No what’s up. I thought you had plans to have dinner with Kahi?” “I was but that fat bitch Ji’lahni decided to surprise everyone with her release from the hospital. So of course, all everyone’s attention was on her, including Kahi. I don’t know what the hell is going on with him lately. He has been distant; we haven’t had sex in weeks. He’s always making excuses.” I can’t help but think it’s those human cows that his mother brought here.” I sneered. “Yea you probably right. He may be stressed out with the attacks, and those bitches getting attacked, only made it worse. He has a lot on his shoulders.” Brit said, she may be right I sighed, because I can’t get over the sight from the other night. When I walked in, she was touching Kahi like she wanted to kiss him. “You may be right, but I think Ji’lahni is trying to make a move on Kahi and seem to be blind and believes that whole act she’s putting on. I’m sure she is being over dramatic I just wish I could prove her and her cousins for the lairs they are then maybe the Luna would send them packing.” I said, frustratedly.
“I know you said you had a plan have you set it in motion.” “Yes. They were supposed to do it tonight. I wanted to make sure Kahi was occupied but that bitch had to ruin everything. Hopefully, they can pull it off. They weren’t the brightest crayons in the box, but they should be able to pull it off. Or they will be killed either way it won’t lead back to me.” “Are you sure this will work. I heard those humans are trained and they almost took down three rogue wolves by themselves before the alpha showed up.” “I don’t believe that look at the one that can barely hold her head up after a run in with those rogues. Even if it they did it was luck nothing more. If Kahi would have let me get to the smaller one, I would have ripped her throat for breaking my nose I can heal, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t hurt like hell.” “Yea I should have been there with you. We probably would have handled them right then and there. Then the only thing you would have to stress about, is your mating ceremony.” Brit said with a sigh.
“I wish, but all they have done is cause problems, taking the focus off my mating, and made it all about them. I swear u can’t stand them.” I said just as I feel Kahi’s familiar push wanting me to open our mind link. “Hey Brit, it’s Kahi trying to reach me I’ll talk to you later.” I said quickly cutting the link from her and connected with Kahi. “Hey baby you on the way home yet.” I asked hopefully. “No, I have to go to the cellars. We caught two rogues scouting the borders, I have to go interrogate them to see who sent them and where the rest of the rogues are.” “Wh.. what did you say, rogues? Did they get pass the guards? Did they hurt anyone?” I asked nervous as hell they had one job, and they couldn’t even do that, and they got caught. But they couldn’t point the finger at me. Because I was careful to give no names and they never saw my face. I used a voice changer when we spoke on a burner phone I had a stranger buy for me, and he didn’t even see my face. So, taking a deep breath confident that my plan was fool proof. “No, they didn’t get past the border Montego and Rimmy stopped them. I won’t be done until late. I’ll pick you up some breakfast in the morning to make it up to you.?” He said.
