Roy still looked at Nina with scrutiny – this was probably Roy’s professional habit. Chris felt more
worried.
Jaden was much calmer.
“After seeing the trending topics, I looked into this Matthew. He’s a decent guy. He had no scandals abroad, keeps himself clean, and focuses on his career. I heard the company tried to arrange rumors with several popular girl group members for him, but he refused. Because of that, he was sidelined for a long
time.”
Matthew didn’t care and refused to stir up rumors.
But the first thing after returning to Cheria was making headlines with Nina.
“He’s quite a determined guy.” Collin was still out of the loop and took a bite of his food. “So, are you two
together?”

Nina shook her head. “Not really. It’s just that… we have feelings for each other. After all, we were apart
for three years, it takes time. This rumor was to help build his momentum after coming back

Jessica looked down on this. “What’s there to compensate him for? If not for you, he would definitely be

At first, people thought Nina hadn’t dated because she still liked Chris.
But after Matthew appeared, it made people worried.

They had attended the first day of the meeting but were half–asleep and hadn’t listened to what the older men said. They left as soon as it ended.
“Esports is already an emerging industry overseas, and it’s just starting domestically too. I was also inclined toward it. After the New Year, when work resumes, I will look for some good ones too. Maybe we’ll even compete.”
Shannon said, “Mr. Hickey favors two clubs. I checked them out and there aren’t many problems. The rest were picked by us at the meeting.”
Jessica still focused on old–school industries in the company, like jewelry and real estate.
The only emerging industries she cared about were probably the IT and entertainment departments.
She ignored the rest and left them entirely to others.
The first destination Jessica and Chris chose for their honeymoon was Hesterfield, a place they had always wanted to visit.
