Elena
A hot set of lips glided down my spine and I groaned into the sheets my head was buried in.
I was trembling all over, my legs felt like jelly, and my stomach was clenching every few seconds. Arousal was swirling through every inch of my veins and it was impossible for me to speak or think, I could only let out pathetic little sounds, I could only feel all that was happening to my body and nothing else.
Strong hands gripped my waist and then my legs were getting pacted before a hot tithe began to lave fervently over every Inch of my wet thighs. It felt like my body was on fire, I was going up in flames from the inside, and when a long tongue met with my core, a desperate scream tore from my throat as I pushed into that sensation as white hot pleasure exploded around me, while strong hands held me down, pinned me to the bed and made it impossible for me to move.
When I jolted awake, I was breathing hard, my entire body was shaking and my stomach hurt like it had been clenching hard in real life. To worsen my situation, when I moved my thighs, I realized that I was soaking wet. My cheeks flushed red in the dark and I quickly shifted to flick the lights on.
I was alone in the room, everything was as it was after I was given this room, and took a quick shower before sleeping off like a log of wood.
It was nothing but a dream.
Nothing but a dream.
That’s all it was, right?
Unconsciously, my hand moved up to the spot at the side of my throat that Blaze bit yesterday. When I brushed a finger over it, I gasped and quickly pulled away because it felt like I just got shocked through that spot. I was back to breathing hard as I tried to wrap my head around that dream. It had felt so vivid and real, I’ve never dreamt of something like that before.
The dream was about Blaze and myself, of him doing sinful things to my body right before I woke up.
I was relieved I woke up when I did, because what the fuck was that dream?
I was glad it ended when it did, because it was creeping me out after I woke up to see that I was also aroused in real life.
I let out a shaky breath just as a knock sounded on my door. My eyes widened as I abruptly sat up, then my heartbeat was accelerating even more as I remained in the same slot till the knock came again. I approached the door tentatively and answered tentatively, while wondering who it could be.
Could it be the king?
It was already morning by the clock on my bedside table.
A feminine voice answered and I unlocked the door and opened it halfway. My eyes settled on a woman in the same uniform I noticed some of the royal maids wearing.

“Can I held you?” I asked politely. She nodded stiffly, appearing almost scared as she pointed at her side. I followed her line of sight and instantly frowned on noticing who was standing there. It was one of the crow’s guards, I noticed them walking behind him yesterday.
I instantly grew tense and was about to shove the door close as he began to speak while approaching.
“I dont think that’s a good idea.” He tsked and I glared at him, knowing I was at a disadvantage here.
“What do you want?” I demanded stiffly. At this point, the maid who knocked on my door had fled. It was clear she had been forced into this situation.
“The Crow wants to see you. I’m here to take you to him.” The guard drawled in response as he folded his
arms.
Fuck my life.
I could have refused to go, but that’s if I had a choice. I was basically trapped in this castle. I didn’t have any say at all in this entire situation. The guard agreed to wait for me to shower, and after I charged into a sumner dress I found in the closet of the room, I reluctantly walked behind him as he led him to the crow.
I was scared of the crow.
Who wouldn’t be? He had literally almost killed me yesterday but suddenly changed his mind then I was allowed to live. From that little moment I spent in his presence yesterday, I knew he wasn’t to be messed with.
I was beyond nervous right now because I was trying to figure out why he had sent for me, but nothing was coming to mind.
When we finally got to where he was waiting for me at, it was in a garden. He was seated at a table drinking tea and reading the papers. He offered me a smile which genuinely made my nerves to triple.
“Have a seat and join me for tea, daughter in law.” He crooned after waving the guard away. I exhaled slowly as I took the offered seat and politely thanked him. He poured me some tea and I thanked him before politely taking a little sip.
“Know what I’m reading right now?” He asked before spinning the paper around for me to see. A picture of myself— albeit veiled, and the wedding from yesterday. “It made so much of a buzz yesterday, if only my son had showed up.”
I coughed awkwardly because I didn’t know what to say to that. He lended forward in the next moment after folding the newspaper and keeping it on the table.
“So, daughter in law, I heard that you’re my son’s fated mate. Isn’t it funny how fate works?” He chuckled again and I grew more uncomfortable because I didn’t know his deal..
“I- I guess…. but he’s gonna reject me should he find a means, so…” I trailed off with a shrug.
The Crow leaned back in his seat and sipped his tea. As I watched him, it made sense why be was nicknamed that. He was as menacing as one, he had intense eyes and I see whete Blaze got that from. He and Blaze didn’t

look alike, but there’s this powerful aura I felt around Blaze
and I could feel it right now. Although not as intense as Blaze’s, but it was still present.

“I want to strike a deal with you. That’s why I sent for you.” The crow announced, all traces of playfulness gone. I stiffened, heart lurching into my throat as I stared at him.
“Um… what do you mean?” I asked awkwardly.
“I’ll strike a deal with you, one which would benefit us both. What do you think?”
I grilled the teacup tighter and shifted around in my seat, desperately wishing sm opening which I could use to flee from this moment could appear right now.
“Before you ask, let me tell you all what you’ll be getting. I know you’re dying to become the Luna of Lunas, aren’t you? Especially after all that happened to you. Bet you’re desperate to walk all over them, to show them that you’re doing more than fine, that you managed to have your cake back after eating it. No?”
My eyes widened.
He was getting it all wrong. I definitely don’t want to be Luna of lunas, nor do I want to walk over people. I only want to get revenge on those who wronged me, that is all.
“I’ll ensure that you remain in this palace no matter what. Even if my son threatens to throw you out, I won’t let that happen so far you chose to strike a deal with me. I’ll also help you with a portion that would make Blaze fall for you in no time. So, what do you say?”
I looked at his face closely, it didn’t seem like he was joking. But it was hard to believe that he wasn’t playing a kind of joke on me right now.
“Um, no offense but this is your son that you’re talking about, right? You want to use a portion to make him fall for me? Wouldn’t you want him to genuinely fall for someone?”
I asked and his eyes briefly hardened, making my eyes widened as I hurriedly slapped a hand over my face in realization that I might have overstepped just now.
A fleeting moment later and that look was gone. “That doesn’t matter.” He finally muttered. “So, what do you say? I’ll do all that I listed, and so much more. In exchange, all you have to do is to help me carry out simple instructions whenever I give them to you.”
My grip tightened around the cup as I let out a shaky breath.
“I’m sorry, your grace, but I- I can’t help you. I don’t think I want this deal because I don’t went to be here. I want to leave and wished that I’d be allowed to.”
This time, be burst into laughter that made me feel mortified.
“Where do you plan to go? Last I checked, you’ve been rejected by the entire public. No one wants to be associated with you and your reputation is worse than that of a pig. Again, I ask where you plan to go should you even be allowed to leave here. If you are caught in public, people might angrily stone you to death. Have you considered that yet?”

My eyes widened and I suddenly felt cold. I was more rigid in my seat while my heart got crushed in my heart at those words, because deep down I knew he wasn’t exaggerating.
“I still don’t want the deal though, I’m sorry.” I bowed this time.
“Aren’t you curious as to why I changed my mind yesterday and didn’t kill you anymore?” He suddenly asked and my head snapped up as I stared at him.
“After I…” He began to speak when firm footsteps began to echo around us, along with the whiff of the man who haunted my dreams last night. As I turned around in my seat, my eyes landed on the imposing figure of Blaze as he approached, hands in his pocket and his hair flowing behind him.
He looked pissed off and I flinched in the anger burning in his eyes when our eyes met.
He was beside my chair in the very next moment, and before I could say anything, he was grabbing my wrist and tugging me out of the seat so swiftly that I collided with his hard body while my cheeks flushed pink at
once.
I was breathing hard like I just ran a marathon when our eyes met.
A moment later, he was looking over my head at his father, his chin taut and his teeth clenched before he spoke.
“The fuck is your problem, father?”
