Chapter 203Â
Luna Queen Aelira POVÂ
Stormclaw KeepÂ
EarthÂ
The comm crystal in my hand flared once, then fizzled out. Just these words burned into the air above it before it vanished….Â
“Fox shifter village, near Crucible, Montana, HELP.”Â
“Raelith has infiltrated fae lands, beware blood sirens and blood leeches underground.”Â
My breath caught. My spine went stiff as stone. “We’ve got a fucking problem,” I growled.Â
Draven was beside me in a flash, his alpha energy crackling in the air. Halrik and Nira crowded in, their faces tight. I read the message again, voice low and even.Â
“Message came from Soria. No fluff. No bullshit. Just danger.”Â
Nira’s face twisted. “Blood sirens? Leech creatures underground? That’s not Aegis. That’s something darker.”Â
“She said Raelith,” I confirmed. “So if that bitch has slipped into the fae realm… then we’re officially in deep fucking shit.”Â
Halrik snarled. “The Crucible’s their main base. Nearby is fox shifter territory. I know those lands. If she’s targeting villages, they’ll be the first to fall.”Â
Draven’s fist clenched. “We need Elowen.”Â
“And every single one of her crazy magical mates,” I added. “We’re not walking into whatever this is without a goddamn lightning queen.Â
Taya stood up so fast her chair skidded. “Then send me. I’ll drag her ass back through the portal myself.”Â
Jace popped up beside her, spinning a dagger lazily between his fingers. “Please let me go too. I love surprises. Especially the kind that explode.”Â
Rylen let out an exasperated breath. “This is not a joyride, dumbass.”Â
“Oh let them have their fun,” Amaris purred, sauntering over with a blade strapped thigh high and a wicked grin. ““I’m coming too. If I’m lucky, I’ll get to kill something.”Â
Draven just nodded. “Go. All four of you. You’re our fastest and most experienced.”Â
“Tell her the message exactly,” I said firmly, handing the crystal to Taya. “Don’t sugarcoat it. We don’t know what we’re walking into, bu if it’s connected to Raelith, we need our strongest here.”Â
Nira pressed a hand to her chest. “Tell her the children might be in danger. That’ll light her fire faster than anything.”Â

Chapter 203Â
Taya nodded, deadly serious now. “We’ll get her.”Â
I activated the portal with a slam of my palm on the crystal slab. Golden light spiraled to life in the chamber’s center, humming withÂ
power.Â
Rylen gave a low whistle. “Feels like we’re calling back a goddess.”Â
Jace smirked. “We are.”Â
“Bring her home,” Draven ordered. “We move at dawn.”Â
Taya gave a sharp salute, then turned and stepped through the portal with Rylen, Jace, and Amaris right behind her.Â
The second they vanished, the room exhaled. And then I turned toward the war map and slammed my palm down so hard it left a dent.Â
“Get every alpha on the line. I want troops prepped and ready. This might be nothing…” I paused, my eyes flicking to the still glowing crystal.Â
“…but I don’t fucking believe in coincidences.”Â
Alpha King Draven POVÂ
The war drums in my head hadn’t stopped since the moment we got Soria’s message. Shifter lands. Attacked. Fuck. I knew something like this was coming, but this fast? This brutal? My jaw clenched so hard I nearly cracked a molar.Â
I stormed out into the courtyard where the alphas were already gathering, the moon high and fierce overhead. The scent of adrenaline, wolf, and iron hit my nose like prophecy.Â
“Listen up!” I barked, my voice a growl that silenced the murmurs. “The fox shifter village near the Crucible’s been hit. We don’t know the full extent yet, but we move. Now. Alphas, rally your wolves. I want squads ready by dawn.”Â
They didn’t hesitate. One by one, they bowed their heads and turned to run, howling orders down the wind. I turned on my heel and caught sight of Captain Monroe stomping out of the east barracks, her braid tight and her jaw tighter. Her bronze armor gleamed underÂ
the torches.Â
“Monroe, I want every Marine combat ready. Gear. Weapons. Medics. Get it done. We portal at dawn.”Â
“Yes, Alpha!” she barked, slamming a fist to her chest before spinning on her heel and vanishing into the barracks like a damn storm.Â
Then I felt it stir….power. Ancient and heavy. The ground rumbled, and the crowd parted.Â
The Lycan King had arrived.Â
King Garron Darkfang walked like a goddamn mountain in motion. Towering. Grim eyed. Shoulders broad enough to block out the moonlight. At his side, Queen Seraya Darkfang strode with the poise of a goddess carved from moonstone and fury. Her icy silver eyes locked onto mine with respect, and warning.Â
And behind them? Princess Rivena Darkfang.Â
