Chapter 1542

That was why the response to the first episode was absolutely crucial, especially with Aurora and Yvonne-their dynamic had to stay flawless on camera.

One wrong move, and if a drone happened to catch it, they’d be trending online within minutes.

The director didn’t even need to imagine it; he could already picture the headlines.

“Alright, since everyone’s ready and settled, I think we can start filming,” he announced.

Megan’s excitement spiked.

She hadn’t expected the shoot to begin so soon.

The director continued, “For those here to film the show, bring your personal cameras along. No recording is allowed inside. We’ll just take some light footage and head out shortly.”

The ticket attendant overheard and didn’t object. Seeing the group of twenty, he immediately realized they were

celebrities under contract.

After all, regular people didn’t look like this. Every single one of them could outshine anyone on the street.

Looking at their faces, the attendant couldn’t help thinking he must’ve been standing in the wrong line when good looks were handed out because life wasn’t fair.

Following the rule against filming, Aurora and Megan simply strolled through the exhibit.

Since cameras weren’t allowed, Aurora made sure not to take any risks. She intended to follow every rule to the

letter.

If the director and the state had set boundaries, she wasn’t about to cross them.

Aurora had always considered herself a rational nonconformist, but she lived by her own code-she had her

morals and her limits.

She knew what was right and what wasn’t.

As a citizen of her country, she understood her responsibility-to respect and protect its cultural relics.

Soon, the group finished their tour and stepped outside, where the director greeted them with a cheerful smile.

He hadn’t joined them inside this time, choosing instead to rest in his wheelchair. He’d already toured the museum plenty of times before and knew the exhibits by heart.

Even the assistant beside the director had long since lost any sense of curiosity about the place. He’d been there far too many times.

Everything inside was a national treasure. They couldn’t touch anything and take photos, just admire from a respectful distance.

After seeing it all from start to finish, there really wasn’t much left to be curious about.

Before long, the group came back out, each person wearing some version of a smile.

Seeing that, Aurora felt a genuine warmth in her chest.

The thought that one day people could smile like this because of their country’s cultural heritage that was exactly what they were working for.

They didn’t want their nation to be looked down on anymore.

They wanted the world to see them differently, to give them a new name, one that stood for pride and strength, not inferiority.

The director took one look at their faces and smiled to himself. It was clear now-he had chosen the right place for filming.

Everyone seemed inspired, motivated, and deeply moved by what they’d seen.

Clapping his hands to gather attention, he called out, “Alright, everyone, looks like we’ve seen enough. It’s time to get to work.”

At his words, the group snapped back to focus, suddenly remembering they were still on the job.

One by one, they began scanning the crowd, looking for Aurora.
