“Diana honestly what is this about” Lasked, 

Oh shut up,” she said as she rolled her eyes, “Bring me a drink and a glass, she onderest the five, third bodyguard. He left and I assumed he was going to the kitchen. Diana went to sit on the armrest of the couch opposite the one I sat on. 

A moment later he returned with a bottle of red wine and a wine glass. He opened it and poured some for her. She took a sip of the wine as she made herself comfortable in my home. Her attention then turned to me after a moment. 

“Are you done pretending you don’t know what you’ve done?” She asked me. 

“Diana I don’t know what you’re talking about,” I told her truthfully. 

“Don’t play pretend!” She yelled at me. She got from the closer to me and pulled my hair. I winced in pain. 

“Diana what is your problem?” I asked her. What could have have I possibly done for her to respond in such an extreme way like this? 

“So you have no knowledge of why Keith keeps coming to see you and overall has an interest in you lately?” she asked me. 

My eyebrows raised in shock. Wait, she thought I was intentionally making Keith come to see me? I thought to myself in disbelief. 

“Oh don’t look surprised now,” she said. “You thought your scheme wouldn’t be obvious? What do you take me for? You pretend not to be interested in Keith anymore so he’s curious and wants to find out what’s going on. He comes to you and start behaving ‘strangely refusing his help only making him more curious about you. What you were probably hoping he would find out what I had been doing to you.” 

She pulled my hair once more, 

“You must have thought I couldn’t touch you anymore after what you refused to receive your allowance, had the maids removed and we aren’t living together anymore.” Diana went on. 

That’s partially true, I did think there were less things she had to torture me with since I had gotten rid of almost everything she was to do so before. However, I never assumed I was immune neither was my plan to attract Keith’s attention. What was he

“However, it doesn’t matter where you are or what situation you’re in Jasmine. I can always torture you with ease no matter what.” 

She then drew her free hand out. She then slapped me across the cheek. I winced and closed my eyes as that all I could do since I was being held down. I also stopped myself from screaming because Tony would hear. 

‘Better hold that scream in. Because if your son wakes up he’s joining you,” she warned

“Diana please stop,” I begged her. Why did she have to threaten Tony who had nothing 

to do with this? a 

“Don’t forget that I’m the one in control here Jasmine. I have full access to Keith’s power while you have no support at all, even your own family has abandoned you,” she reminded me. 

“It’s a shame I can’t rough you up too much,” she said as she slapped me across my other cheek. ” Keith is going to call you in for attacking his precious future fiancée. Can’t have him wondering why you’re more bruised than me.” 

With my head lolled to the side from the slap, I looked at her from the corner of my eye, wondering what she meant by that. 

“But that’s fine. There are other ways to put a bitch in her place,” she said to me. 

That was an open threat. She was planning on doing something else to me aside from framing and threatening me here. Just how much did she want me to suffer? Her eyes met my fearful ones and hers seemed to light up with excitement. 

“That’s right jasmine, be afraid. I have something special for you coming up. Things can get so much worse for you. Just know you brought this upon yourself,” she said as smiled like a villain. ” Next time you’ll think twice before you pull a stunt like this again.” 

The thing is I was being blamed for something I hadn’t done. She blaming Keith coming to me of his own volition on me! 

“Jasmine when will you realise that people like me that’s why I always win. I took Keith from you, I turned your friends against you, and the socialites want nothing to do with 

you.

56 I’ll always find you 

I wanted to respond and defend myself. However, that would just fuel her rage. With Diana unfortunately in control of this situation I couldn’t do anything. I could only wait helplessly for her to stop. 

“I think the message is clear now,” she said and stepped away from me. Then she suddenly stopped as if she remembered something. 

“Ah, before I leave there’s something I have to do,” she said. “It’s so you know what you did to me when Keith is yelling at you soon.” 

She put her wine glass down on the table, then called for the third bodyguard who wasn’t holding me down to come forward. I wondered what was happening. The bodyguard then lifted his arm at Diana. 

My eyes widened as he punched her hard in the eye. The sound it made was insane. Diana’s head lolled to one side and staggered back from the force of the punch. What the hell? After a moment she lifted her head. The area around her left eye began turning red. That was sure be a nasty black eye. Her commitment to framing me no matter what was shocking. She would physically harm herself if she had to. 1 

Her eyes met mine and that unsettling smile of hers returned. “I’ll make sure Keith knows I was only trying to talk to you and help you when you viciously attacked me. Whatever interest he has in you should dissipate. It also won’t be long before word begins to spread in the socialite world about the violent and unhinged Jasmine who continues to fall from grace since her husband kicked her out of the house.” She explained with excitement. “Everything will be as it was again.” 1
