KEITHS POV

On Monday I planned to see Jasmine in the evening. I had told Diana that I would be working late.

At around 8:30 at night I arrived at her home. Walking up to the front door, I immediately noticed the lights of her home were off. It was only around 8 she and Anthony should still be awake. I already had a bad feeling about this. There was no way she would have known I was coming and had run away ahead of time.

I rang the doorbell, it sounded and waited. However, no one came to answer the door. I rang it once more however, no one answered

Anthony went to school in the morning so Jasmine had to be at home to get him ready.

Open the door,I ordered my men as we had a key. I would enter the home like I had the first time I visited her.

Upon opening the door I entered the home. I switched on the lights as I walked in, it was completely quiet inside. I entered the first room which was the living room. The room seemed a bit odd it seemed a bit bare for some reason. The photo frame on the wall of Jasmine’s and Anthony’s pictures was gone. I went to the kitchen

Only the furniture that had been in the home prior to her moving in here was what

remained.

Search the house,I ordered my men. They immediately spread out and began looking for Jasmine and Anthony.

There’s no one home, sir,my men informed me. All their personal belongings from their rooms are gone as well; likes clothes, shoes, books, etc.

My eyes widened upon hearing this. Had Jasmine moved out? I asked myself as I looked around the house in disbelief. There was no way.

Just how angry was she to move out of the house? I get she asked for a divorce but I never expected her to pack and leave this quickly. In the space of two days since our argument?

I took out my phone from my trouser pocket and sent her texted.

78 Where the hell is she!?

Jasmine we need to talk.‘

In the meantime I had my men and I leave the house as we headed to where our cars were parked.

She replied a while later. Talk about what? There is nothing left to say, Keith. Just sign the divorce papers and we can move on!‘

Her response had me speechless.

Jasmine where are you? I’m at your house but I can’t find you or your belongings. I responded.

Where I am is none of your business. Just sign the papers.

Jasmine, we need to talk. I can’t sign the papers like this.

She didn’t respond after that. I then called her number. It rang but she didn’t pick up the phone. I then called again. She didn’t pick up again.

I knew she was ignoring me. This woman couldn’t be serious.

I want you to find her,” I ordered my men. Now!”

Yes sir,” they all answered at the same time. My bodyguards left in the second car they had come in, parked behind mine.

Where could she have gone? I thought to myself as I watched the bodyguards leave.

I kicked the air in frustration. She didn’t have a lot of money on her she worked as a damn waitress. I just hoped she was safe. However, from her usual rudeness towards me in the texts I would assume she’s fine.

I shouldn’t have said all that to her when we argued that evening if I had known this would have been her reaction. But was that really the only reason why? She had the divorce papers sent to me a day after our argument. There is no way she could have had it prepared that quickly. She must have prepared it long before. Did that include her moving out so quickly as well?

When I arrived home I went straight to my home office where I waited for updates from my men about Jasmine. I paced back and forth in the office as I thought about

Jasmine.

I wish I never married you. Marrying you is the worst thing that ever happened to me!‘

I wear a dear crossing a road against traffic has more awareness than you!”

78 Where the hell is she!?

Her words kept playing over in my head. It was driving me mad this unsettling feeling I

felt.

I then heard a knock from outside the office brining me out of my thoughts and I pacing. I didn’t know how long been in this state. I’d I called out for the person to enter. In came one of my bodyguards I had sent to find Jasmine.

Sir, we found out that she went to work today, and young master Anthony went to

school,” he told me.

And where are they staying?I demanded which was the most important part.

Were are still looking into it, Sir,” he told me.

How hard can it be? she’s one woman!I snapped at him. It’s not like she was a federal

agent.

The man trembled in fear. I apologize we will try harder. She was last seen getting into an unknown vehicle and the young master was also collected and dropped off in one. We’re trying to find out where they went and who the vehicles belonged to,” he explained.

My eyebrows furrowed in confusion at this information.

What?I asked in surprise.

She was seen getting into-he began to explain.

I heard you just fine the first time,” I interrupted him. I was just trying to understand what the hell that meant. They weren’t my cars that picked her

  1. up.

Continue looking into it,” I then ordered him. He accepted the order and left the

room.

By the time I went to bed I found Diana already asleep. Which was a relief for me since I didn’t have to say anything and lie to her even more.

The next day at work I decided the easiest thing would be to confront her at work, since my useless bodyguards seemed to be having a hard time.
