“What’s that?” I asked. 

““Diana was keeping money away from you during your time at the home he had you live in. You said she was able to falsify documents she presented to Keith.” 

“Yes,” I confirmed. 

“why Keith couldn’t confirm Diana’s lies? But stil of Keith a chairman not being able to see that? It’s either the document she presented him actually was an official or he’s being willfully ignorant.” 

“I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s both. He has a blind spot when it came to Diana after all.” I told him. “As soon as he kicked me out of the house he made her in charge of the accounts and her in charge of alll transactions and deposits to the account so it became quite easy for her to mess around with the documents.” 

“Do you have your bank statements? Can I see them?” he asked. 

“Sure, Let me show you,” I told him as I took out my phone to show him. Funny enough I still had the bank app of the account Keith had for me, installed in my phone. Once I 

started working at the the restaurant I opened a new bank account at another bank so I wouldn’t have to deal with Diana’s antics. 

I put in my password and showed Louis the transactions section. 

Louis took the phone from me and checked the numbers. His eyes narrowed as he scrolled through my account. I’m sure he was seeing the state, that said I received 50,000 during those months and all the various transaction me making ‘purchases‘ Jasmine this doesn’t make any sense, even she is in control of the account she shouldn’t be able to fabricate numbers like this,” he said. 

“Of course, I’m not saying I don’t believe that she withheld money from you. I believe you because of the state I found you in but there is something very odd about her being able to mess with the bank like this,” 

“She probably paid someone in the bank to falsify the account transactions,” I said to him. That’s what Diana always did. She paid Hatwock to try to get me fired at the 

restaurant. 

“Still, this isn’t just an ordinary bank for common people. This is an exclusive bank for the wealthy. Meaning it is FAR more protected and restricted. Yet she was able to do all this? How? It’s no wonder anyone who would try to look into this would be baffled because this shouldn’t be possible for anyone to mess around with bank information, especially an ordinary person like her.” 

I never realised how strange Diana being able to manipulate this data would be. I had just normalized that Diana always found a way to mess with me. 

Louis then brought a hand to his chin and contemplated. 

“But anyway, 

all this to say there could be a way for us to still to get details of the actual transactions made in the account. 

My eyes widened in surprise. “Really?” I asked. 

“If she bribed soneone as you say then the true numbers might still be recorded in their main systems. You see most large companies have the standard databases that the employees use in the day–to–day running of the budiness. Then there is the raw data that is kept in the background. This stores all information of all data including deleted data. I know because even at the hq we have similar systems to store data. No one typically goes through this raw back log data typically because the main systems should be enough. But if forced one goes through them.” Louis explained. 

“That, that would be amazing!” I said excitedly. If I could obtain evidence that Diana

had meddled with finances it would be excellent evidence to present in court that Diana is trying to cause my son and I financial harm. 

“Since you are still technically Keith’s wife you should be able to make a special request on to look into it and get a report on it. I’ll look into this and get back to you and see if it’s possible to. Because evidence of this as well as of her trying to get you fired from the restaurant should help your divorce, right?” he asked. 

“Absolutely!” I replied excitedly once more. 

To have two pieces of evidence that Diana was a threat to me and Tony would be perfect! That should be more than enough to approve my sole custody request. 

“Okay, but whilst we look into that I still want to explore other things in our investigation of Diana. I want to go to Kensington city in person to have a look at where she used to live and visit the hospital where she gave birth,” I told him. ” Perhaps there is something we can find.” 

I recalled when I embarrassingly tried to steal Marco’s cup last Friday. Kensington wad where Louis and I both felt something suspicious had gone on with Marco. Perhaps I could find clues there about him. 

“We can go together on Saturday,” Louis suggested. “It might be dangerous so I want to be there with you.”
