“I won’t let that happen either, sweet girl.” Alpha Harold’s voice is calm yet I can see the slight tick in his jaw. He pissed and it makes me insanely happy. I look back at my mate to find her already looking at me so I give her a gentle smile and nod as I try and encourage her to speak, to know that she is
safe to speak.
“When we were out in the first before you turned up, Rowan told me that both my dad and Blue knew that he hadn’t gone home. He said… that… that they both knew about his plan all along and supported it.” I watch her shoulders sag with relief at finally telling me but it only makes mine tense in anger. We hadn’t gotten around to talking about what had happened before I turned up and clearly, there is stuff I still need to know.
I look across the room locking eyes with Shane and without saying a word he grabs several Warriors including Robbie and leaves the cells. He’ll go and get Bonnie’s dad and sister and bring them to the cells while my mate, Alpha Harold, and myself have a chat and find out all the missing details.
“Will, lock him up. Keep several guards on him and Lola at all times, I’ll update you when I know more.” He gives me a look of determination but also I can see the anger lingering there. He won’t let either of those twats get out and he’s going to be more than happy to help finish them off when the time
comes.
“Tony. You come with us. You deserve to know anything involving Lola.” He gives me a grateful nod and then joins us as we head out of the cells and toward my office. It’s not a very long walk but it’s long enough to have my temper rise more and more. There will be several dead wolves by the time I’m finished which brings both Storm and me great joy but it will also mean the end of my mate’s family and I just hope that she’s ok with that. I know she hates them for what they have done but her heart is massive and I’m not sure how she will handle what needs to be done.
We quickly reach my office and while both Alphy Harold and Tony take a seat in front of my desk I grab Bonny’s waist and pull her to sit on my lap as I sit in my large leather chair. I know she is not officially my mate yet but I just need her close and I believe her being close to me will help just as much. As I start to pull her towards my lap she tense up but thankfully it only lasts a few seconds and then she relaxes. I look at her face and see that she is embarrassed and I would much rather that to her being tense and afraid. Embarrassed I can work with.
“So where do we begin?” Alpha Harold asks causing my mate to instantly forget her embarrassment and once again become tense. Those fuckers are dead and they will suffer, really fucking suffer!
