“Jasmine!” I yelled into the phone. Silence. “Jasmine are you there? Say something please!” I yelled. 

All I heared were footsteps in the background and then haggard breathing. 

“Jasmine!” I continue yelling. 

Diana had in fact done something to her. I wanted to press her for answersand tell me where she planned to have Jasmine harmed. However, given her jealousy there was no way I 

could be sure wouldn’t lie to me. 

Even though she knew I intended to punish her 

she didn’t seem to care. 

I found 2 bodyguards at the end of the hallway from the living room.

“Get the car ready,” I ordered them. “I want you to trace where this call is coming from and we’re going there now!” I continued staying on the call. 

“Yes sir!” they accepted the order and they immediately left to carry them out. 

Wasting no time we made our way to the mansion entrance. 

The care arrived in the driveway in a matter of moments, inside were the driver and two bodyguards I had ordered. One seated with the driver in the front and the other in the back 

holding a laptop. 

I looked down at my phone the call which was still on, Luckily the call remained on, which assured that I could locate her. 

I just hoped she actually was with the phone and hadn’t been separated from it. But at the same if she as with it, it meant she was incapacitated or worse… the thought terrified me and hoped it

Upon entering the car I gave my aide to my aide with the laptop. “Trace this call,” I told him. In the meantime the driver dove off so we could leave the 

He took my phone and connected it to his laptop. Immediately he began typing away and minutes later found it. 

“The call is coming from Cleaver distribution near the east side of the city,” the aide informed me. 

“The grocery supplier?” I asked. 

“Yes, sir,” he confirmed. 

The car changed routes and we went in that direction. It took about half an hour to get there. 

Upon arriving at the building I was met with chaos at the scene. A long queue of vehicles were at the entrance of the underground parking area. Police and ambulance vehicles.

My worry only increased as it confirmed that something had gone terribly wrong. 

“Where exactly is she?” I asked the bodyguard beside me, looking at the computer screen. 

“This part of the building sir,” he informed me pointing to the part of the screen that showed 

her exact location. 

“Send the location to my phone,” I ordered so I could easily find get. My phone was still on the call with Jasmine who had still not responded. 

Since the underground parking was blocked the driver just parked in an area near the building and I got out the bodyguards following behind

I approached the entrance where I found a group of policemen having securedhe building entrance. 

“Sir, this is a restricted area we cannot let anyone pass,” the two guards told me.

“Listen, my wife Jasmine Acland is here I have to find her,” I told them. 

“We understand sir but we cannot let anyone in,” he told me. 

“Do you have any idea who I am?” I asked them in a threatening tone. “I am Chairman of the Acland group. Find the person who works here 

The two police men looked at each other. 

“Let him pass gentleman,” a man from coming from behind them said. 

“You are referring to Ms Towers correct?” the man said, 

I hadn’t realized she was using her maiden name.

Have they found her yet?” I asked. 

“No the police and ambulance arrived about 20 minutes ago. They looking at all injured parties at the scene andnidentifying them,” he explained. “I didn’t even know Ms Towers was here.” 

“Injured parties?” I felt my heart sink in my chest upon hearing that. 

“Yes, there was an altercation of some sort that occurred in the underground parking lot but there aren’t any fatalities. We were only made aware of the situation after one of our camera security workers found the camera footage from the underground car park a little strange. All of them had been tampered with were not sure what the motive is as the altercation remained in

I knew what the motive was. Diana 

He led to the elevator of by the entrance and took us down to the underground parking. Upon 

arriving and entering the parking I saw people on stretchers being attended to by the paramedics. 

“Our parking lot security guards and about 5 people have been attacked so far, ” he told me. 

Mr Tindsor and I approached one of the paramedics attending to I man. Someone I recognized as Jasmine’s bodyguard. Confirming she was here. 

“Have you found a woman named Jasmine Acland/Towers?” he asked them. 

“She has brown hair and green eyes,” I added to help. 

The paramedic looked from Tindsor to me.

“No,” he answered. “The police are still looking around the area and bringing the injured to us maybe they will find her soon.” 

Upon hearing that I then took out my phone to see the location of the phone. It showed it was on one if the higher floors but in a specific area. 

I went toward the area shown passing through the police and paramedics. 

I was shocked by what I saw, they all were unconscious and had some strange powder on their faces and torsos. 

Diana really planned this on her own? I reached a section of doors that had been broken open. 

There were 3 more bodyguards on the floor, unconscious, with the same powder on their faces. 

I went through the doors and found a flight of stairs. Which I immediately began to ascend. The

location on my phone was saying she was in this section so she must be on one of the floors. I continued climbing one floor after another, just hoping I would find her there. My fear only increased with each level where I didn’t find her. 

Then my legs suddenly came to a halt when I saw the outline of a person lying on the floor with their head against the wall. 

“Jasmine-” I said her name horrified.
