The car was driving towards the airport. 

The car was quiet at first, but both her and Reginald’s phones 

were very noisy, either his ringing or hers, or ringing together. 

They almost instinctively showed a look of disdain, then 

coincidentally chose to silence them. 

Things have calmed down for now. 

Reginald propped his face up and looked at her askew, “the 

Pierce family’s phone number?” 

“Um.” 

Reginald asked tentatively, “Do you want me to tell you where 

that kid flew to?” 

How could Adelaide not see through his motives, calmly asking, 

“Why do I need to know which country he’s flying to?” 

Her indifference made Reginald feel pleased, but he still joked, 

“If he doesn’t come back within a month, your divorce 

agreement will be null and void.” 

“Someone was more anxious than me.”

out Garrett was going abroad. But then she thought about it

to find him.

Teresa had just briefed the staff on today’s tasks when the

did you think of coming to my shop so early in the morning, do 

you want to buy flowers?” 

Teresa felt a bit nauseous at the sound of her own voice calling 

out. 

Spencer’s face was cold and gloomy, he looked around and 

didn’t see the person he wanted to see. He asked, “Where’s 

Adele, isn’t she here with you?” 

Teresa blinked in confusion and said, “No, Mr. Pierce, you 

should be looking for Adele, not coming to me.”

Looking at her, Spencer’s face darkened even more: “Teresa, you 

don’t need to play dumb with me. Last night, Adele came out of 

the Pierce’s place, and you were waiting for her outside. You left 

together.” 

Teresa couldn’t help but want to curse him as a pervert, but 

she kept a faint smile on her face, “Well, I did walk with Adele 

last night, but she just escorted me home. So I really don’t know 

where she is.“” 

Spencer had already found out about this, but he just couldn’t 

find Adelaide who disappeared out of thin air. 

Last night was such a big deal, but he was suddenly sent out of 

town by his father to handle some things yesterday afternoon, 

so by the time he got the news and rushed back, it was already 

too late. 

He knew Adelaide couldn’t handle the blow, but he couldn’t 

find her. 

He took a deep breath and said with a frown, “If Adele comes 

looking for you, please let me know!” 

Seeing how eager he was to find Adelaide, Teresa couldn’t help but think he had different feelings for her. She couldn’t contain the emotions stirring in her heart and said, “Adele has obediently signed the divorce agreement, sacrificing herself for Garrett and Amanda. She’s feeling really bad now and needs

“I think the last thing she wants to see right now is you guys, the 

Pierce family, so Mr. Pierce, can’t you give Adele some personal space and stop insisting on seeing her?” 

Spencer said, “Just because she’s feeling down now, she needs
