whispered, “Let go of me now, or everything you got from the 

Barnard family will be taken back.” 

“Garrett, are you after love or bread? Even if you want love, 

Adelaide probably can’t give it to you. So, why bother?” 

Garrett suppressed his anger, pulling her hand away, “Amanda, 

you will pay for this.” 

Amanda was not threatened, she replied with a sweet and innocent smile, “It’s okay, as long as I can be with Garrett, 

everything is worth it.”

ruined Amanda and Garrett’s tasting yesterday, this can’t just be

“Adelaide gripped the steering wheel tightly, trying to keep the 

car from swaying as much as possible.”
