stood in the water, looking terrified. “Amanda, you can’t hurt her, whatever you want to do, come at me!” 

“Garrett, how could I ever bring myself to do anything to you. I 

love you too much.” Amanda looked at him with deep affection, but when she looked down at Adelaide, there was disgust and

Adelaide took a deep breath and calmly stared at Amanda, “You 

knew all along that Garrett was going to bring me here, so you

Amanda ran the blade across her chin, eyes wild with a smile,

“Amanda, you really fell in love with him.” 

“Yeah, I was.” she admitted generously. 

“Do you still remember why you wanted to retaliate against me 

in the first place?” Adelaide reminded her. 

When she heard that, Amanda’s expression changed subtly.
