They were all crying, and their cries were full of despair. 

Only she was kept alone in a separate room.

The man burst into laughter.

“Chloe, don’t think I’m being cruel to you. 

“You’re the one who changed first!” 

Chloe was furious, but she couldn’t speak at all.

“I can see that.” 

As she spoke, she pointed at a white passenger ship. 

“The people should be on that ship. 

“If we want to save them, we have to get on board.” 

But several small boats surrounded the white ship, and likely people were hiding on them. 

The white ship itself could hold over 1,000 people, so no one knew how many enemies were waiting inside.

Alice had lived in war zones for many years, so she knew exactly what it was for. 

“You planted bombs?” 

Magnus nodded.
