Chapter 1572Â
Outside of those moments, no one dared to provoke them.Â
Aurora probably hadn’t seen that side of things yet.Â
That was why she didn’t understand how dangerous it could be.Â
But Megan did, and that was what unsettled her most. Sometimes she thought Aurora was far too carefree for her own good.Â
The idea of stopping trouble before it starts never really seemed to register with her.Â
Her concern wasn’t unfounded.Â
But Aurora wasn’t careless; she just didn’t see the point of overthinking it.Â
Right now, all she cared about was building her studio’s name. Her current strength wasn’t enough to challenge someone like Yvonne head–on.Â
What she needed most was to grow.Â
And even if her small studio was crushed, she wasn’t afraid to start over. She had that courage and resolve to lose everything and rebuild from scratch.Â
Aurora’s goals were simple: either lose it all or win it all.Â
Yvonne, on the other hand, was different.Â
She already had an established company and deep connections in the country. If she truly went all out against Aurora, there was no doubt Aurora would be at a disadvantage.Â
Aurora understood that perfectly. But that clarity only made her calmer.Â
If Yvonne was willing to burn everything, then so be it.Â
Aurora was prepared to lose, but she’d make sure Yvonne didn’t walk away unscathed. If she went down, she’d drag half of Yvonne’s empire with her.Â
She’d gone over that thought in her mind countless times, so by now she was no longer afraid.Â
Megan thought it over and realized Aurora had a point. With their current positions, there was no contest–if things ever escalated, Aurora wouldn’t stand a chance in a head–on fight.Â
There wasn’t much to worry about beyond that.Â
“Alright then. Focus on your shoot today. If anything happens, I’ll keep an eye out for you,” Megan said, finally letting out a small breath of relief.Â
After hearing Aurora’s calm reasoning, she realized maybe she really was overthinking it. There was still work to be done, after all, and no point wasting energy on worry.Â
Today’s filming wasn’t just about Aurora–everyone on set was waiting to see what would happen next.Â
After the commotion yesterday, things had gotten messy.Â
Yvonne had made her feelings clear in front of everyone, and since she cared deeply about her public image, people were curious to see how she would behave toward Aurora now.Â

And then there was the director–whose side would he take?Â
The truth was, even the director himself wasn’t sure.Â
He arrived early at the set, quietly observing who would show up first.Â
When Aurora arrived before everyone else, he actually felt relieved.Â
If she came early, he’d at least have the chance to explain a few things and help her prepare for the day’s shoot, instead of letting her walk in blind.Â
He had worked with his team long enough to know their personalities.Â
He could easily guess what was running through their minds. But even with that understanding, he couldn’t say who he would side with when it came down to it.Â
His instincts leaned toward Aurora, but much depended on how things played out.Â
When Aurora and Megan entered the studio, they immediately sensed the odd tension in the air.Â
They could already guess what it was about, but with so many eyes on them, the situation still felt uncomfortably awkward.Â
