Reunion Written in Blood 27

Collin and I stayed with Killian for only a day before we went back to California. I didn’t want to stay longer, especially after getting a call early in the morning from someone I have not heard from in a long time

At first, I thought that she needed my help, but she just wanted to warn me that a motorcycle club is asking about me. Now, I’ve helped and pissed off a lot of MCs but then she told me the name of

the club. What a small fucking world

Indigo is someone who wouldn’t lie for no reason, so I believed what she told me. It was a few

months before I had gotten pregnant with Collin when I helped her out of a nasty situation, in

turn, she has been a great friend and since she works with the police, she gives me the

information I need

I had no idea that I would cause any problems for Pyrosclub, especially since I had never

associated with them before or even mentioned their name. The only way that someone could

have known that I was in California is if they were informed

I assume that they are targeting Pyrosclub because they think I am working with them. That’s the only reason I came up with that makes sense. Now, Pyros wants to find me and I am not sure

how that conversation will go or how he will react

It was pretty late when the plane landed and Collin was asleep. It took half an hour to arrive at Harley’s house. When we got there, she was still awake and was reading. I put Collin to bed and tålked to her for an hour before jet lag finally got to me

When I woke up the next morning, I decided that I should go by the club and speak to my father. Collin’s birthday was fast approaching and the reason we came here was so that he could meet his family. Harley agreed to watch over him while I go to the club

I walked into the clubhouse, passing some men who were playing cards on the front porch. They nodded at me, smiling slightly. I guess they know I’m Wilder’s daughter

I spotted my father, sitting in the living room with a younger man. I could not hear what they were saying but judging by their facial expressions, they seemed to be talking about something serious and I didn’t want to interrupt them

I should have called instead of showing up like this, even if Pyros agreed to let me and Collin stay

here. Just as I was about to turn around and leave, I felt someone behind me, so close I felt their body heat. I could feel their breath on my neck as they leaned down to my ear. Goosebumps raised along my arms and the hair at my nape stood alert

Wilder has been waiting impatiently for you to come back,Pyros whispered. His lips barely touched my ear and I could feel my heart beat faster. I’m not sure whether if it was in anticipation or something else. He was careful not to actually touch me as he spoke. He lingered for a second, then he backed away and walked around me

Look who’s here,He announced loudly, causing me to flinch slightly since I wasn’t expecting how loud he would speak. My father and his friend turned to look at us

A large smile overtook my father’s face when he saw me, replacing the seriousness they previously held. He stood up, walked to me and opened his arms. I hesitated for a second before I hugged him. I felt him press a kiss on the crown of my forehead

The man he was speaking to watched in interest for a minute before standing. Now that he’s facing me and I could make out his features, I can tell that this is Wilder’s son. He looks just like him and we have the same eye colour. Shit, his genes are strong as hell

Wilder grinned, Riley,He started and gestured to the man beside him, This is Rowan; your

brother.”

Rowan gave a half smile. You have no idea how long my brother and I have waited to meet you.He breathed out as if he couldn’t believe that I was standing in front of him. We have always

wanted a sister.”

Oh yes, I now remember that Wilder mentioned that he had twin sons when we first met

I’ve always wanted siblings too,I admitted, glancing at Wilder. His eyes glistened before he blinked them away

What I said was true. I had wished that I had a sibling so much when I was younger but eventually, I was glad because I did not want them to go through the pain I did. It’s not fun being abandoned by a parent, having absolutely no family and having to wonder where to find the next meal

I was lucky because I had friends who found me in time but nothing is guaranteed. This was one of the main reasons I decided to meet my father; so that Collin can have a family if anything happens

to me

I felt a hand on my shoulder, bringing me out of my thoughts. Are you okay?Wilder asked in

concern

I’m fine,I responded, smiling reassuringly, patting his hand. He looked unconvinced but I turned back to Rowan before he could say anything else

So, what’s your road name?I asked him, curiously. Honestly, it is fun learning bikers’ nicknames and then hearing the stories behind them. Most of the time, they get the name in the most ridiculous ways while the others fit their personality

His face visibly brightened at my question, making me hold in a laugh. Cyber,He replied

Is it because you’re involved with technology or the cybersecurity of the club?I asked even though it was obvious

He nodded and laughed as he began to speak. Exactly. I got the name when I hacked into Pyrosphone. I was like fifteen and he was twenty two. He nearly had a heart attack.”

Fuck off, I did not,Pyros scowled, rolling his eyes. I actually forgot he was still in the room with how quiet he had been for the last few minutes. I looked around and noticed that Wilder left

SureI drawled, teasingly. Pyros narrowed his eyes and took a step towards me but stopped

when Rowan spoke to me. Roman will be back soon. He went to get something from the store.”

Roman is your brother?I questioned. I mean, their names are literally identical and I wonder if they look the same too. That would be very confusing, especially for Collin. It would be absolutely

adorable, though

Our. Our brother, yes,He corrected. I heard Pyros mutter something about a meeting but we

ignored him. I saw him leaving the room out of the corner of my eye

I blew out a breath and I thought about what he said, Right.I’m going to have to get used to

that

I can’t wait to meet my nephew,Rowan suddenly said. Where is he, by the way?”

My lips lifted. He’s with my friend right now but I promise you’ll get to meet him very soon.”

My phone buzzed in my back pocket. I pulled it out and checked who messaged. Speak of the devil. She had sent a photo of Collin wrapped up like a burrito. I shook my head and put the phone back in my pocket

Rowan pumped his fist in the air in excitement as if he was a little boy and this time I could not

contain my laughter. He reminds me of my son when he’s playing with his toys or is just plain

happy

Can I see a picture of him?He asked, widening his eyes, pleadingly

I giggled. Yes, you can.I showed him the same picture Harley just sent to me and a few others

that I took recently

He was awed at Collin’s cuteness. He is so adorable,He cooed at the phone

He got that from me, obviously,I said, proudly

We looked at each other before bursting out in laughter. After a good two minutes, we sobered up but the broad smiles remained. I’m glad you are here, Riley,He said, honestly

I am too,I mumbled softly

Reunion Written in Blood

Status: Ongoing

Part 1: The Hidden Truth

Rogue’s life flips upside down when she discovers that her father — the man she believed dead all her life — is actually alive.
The revelation comes from a note her mother left years ago, a note she never read until recently. It contains nothing but a name and a photo, leaving her with anger, confusion, and questions that burn like fire.

Part 2: A Mother’s Betrayal

Her fury isn’t only about the lie — it’s about being robbed of a relationship she had longed for.
Her mother had abandoned her at fifteen and never explained why. Even after years, the sting of that abandonment hasn’t faded.
Still, part of her tries to believe that maybe her mother thought she was protecting her.
But protection or not — a lie is still a lie, and Rogue hates liars.

Part 3: The Decision

Fueled by anger and curiosity, Rogue decides it’s time to meet the man who gave her life.
Clutching the paper with his name and a photograph, she follows an address provided by her best friend — and personal hacker — Shawn.
But when she arrives, her first thought is: This can’t be right.

Part 4: The Wrong Address?

The address leads her to a loud biker bar — the kind of place reeking of alcohol, smoke, and gasoline.
Music thunders from inside; laughter and curses spill out into the parking lot.
Rogue stands at the door, questioning everything — the address, her decision, even her father’s identity.
Could this really be where her father spends his nights?

Part 5: The Call to Shawn

She dials Shawn, who answers in his usual obnoxious way:

“This is Playboy Mansion, Patricia speaking, how may I help you?”
Rogue sighs in frustration — this is the last thing she needs.
She snaps, demanding why the address leads to a biker bar.
Laughing, Shawn confesses that he couldn’t find a home address — only a place her father frequents.
“Oh, and… he’s in a motorcycle club.”
Rogue nearly explodes. “No shit, Sherlock.”

Part 6: The Reluctant Courage

Hanging up, she slides her phone into her back pocket, muttering curses under her breath.
Every instinct screams at her to leave — to get back in her car and forget this madness.
But something stronger keeps her rooted: a lifetime of wanting answers.
So she breathes deeply, squares her shoulders, and steps forward.

Part 7: The First Impression

Inside, the bar surprises her. It’s cleaner and more organized than she expected, though the air is thick with smoke and danger.
Bags of cocaine sit openly on tables; beer bottles glint under neon lights.
Everything is black, grey, and white — lifeless and masculine.
Definitely not a place that’s ever felt a woman’s touch.

Part 8: The Audience

The moment she walks in, the room falls silent.
Rogue, hidden in an oversized hoodie and joggers, becomes the target of dozens of curious, tattooed bikers and half-dressed groupies.
Their eyes follow her like wolves scenting something unfamiliar.
She feels their judgment, but refuses to flinch.

Part 9: The Confrontation

One of the bikers rises — tall, broad, all leather and muscle — and approaches slowly, smirking.

“You lost, doll?”
Rogue scowls. Lost? Here?
There isn’t another building for miles.
The question isn’t if she’s lost — it’s why she’s here.
And the answer might shake both their worlds.

Part 10: The Beginning of Chaos

Her anger, her nerves, her determination — all collide in that moment.
Rogue isn’t just some girl walking into a biker bar; she’s a storm searching for the man who abandoned her before she even knew his face.
And as the crowd watches, tension building like static, she realizes this meeting won’t just reveal who her father is…
It will reveal who she really is.
