Chapter 10
Even though he fought it for weeks, there was only one way this was ever gonna end.
Prison.
And he was taking the woman he “loved most” down with him.
Of course, the day the sentence was handed down, he collapsed right there in the courtroom–just dropped to the floor, speechless.
His mom’s lips were trembling.
“This has to be a mistake! My son would never do something like this!”
That woman went full psycho on him, kicking and punching like she’d lost her mind.
“If I go to jail, what the hell happens to my daughter?!”
“This was your mess–why should I be the one to suffer for it?!”
“I didn’t do anything, and now I’m screwed because of you!”
She even dropped to her knees right in front of me, begging.
“Please–whatever you want, just tell me.”
“My little girl needs her mom.”
“I’ll
pay, anything I can afford.”
She wanted to sweep it all under the rug.
I stared her down, cold as ice.

You Send Yo
Chapter 10
“Did
you ever stop to think about the family you were destroying while you were screwing
around with someone else’s husband?”
My husband finally snapped out of his shock and broke down sobbing.
“Don’t leave me… I was wrong, okay?”
“We’ve been married for so many years–you can’t just turn your back on me like this!”
Then his mom spun around and glared at me, her voice shaking with desperation.
“You heartless bitch–he’s my only son! You can’t let them lock him up!”
I looked her dead in the eye.
She grabbed my arm and hissed through clenched teeth,
“I took care of you for years. I gave you everything.‘
“You’ve got nothing to complain about–you ended up with two sons, both thanks to my boy. Doesn’t that count for anything?”
I kept my face stone cold, watching them squirm.
That woman suddenly jumped to her feet, her eyes burning into me.
“Why the hell do you get to cheat and walk away scot–free, but I’m the one getting dragged through the mud?!”
“If you don’t sign the forgiveness papers, you’re destroying two families!”
My husband whipped his head up, eyes full of panic.
“Please forgive me. I swear I’ll make it up to you.”
“I’ll love your son like he’s my own, I promise.”

You Send You
Chapter 10
I let my eyes pass over all of them–so pathetic, so desperate.
Once I’d had enough of the show, I finally spoke.
“Do I look like some bleeding heart saint to you?”
“Everyone pays for what they’ve done. No exceptions.”
Didn’t take long before they were all behind bars.
And the kids?
Full custody–mine.
After that mess, all I could think about was making more money.
