Bianca’s chest heaved with anger, feeling tightness and dizziness. 

She assumed it was just her rage, took a few deep breaths, and hung up the phone. 

There was no point in arguing with unreasonable people. She would find a chance to deal with them properly later. 

Since childhood, anyone who spoke ill of her or looked down on her met a terrible fate. 

She was vengeful! 

Bianca took a cab back to the Johnson Villa. 

Everyone was home–Eli, Cleo, Aiden, and Chase. 

But their expressions were far from pleasant. 

Eli saw Bianca return and sneered, “Look at what you’ve been doing lately. And I didn’t know you stole those paintings from Emily. We trusted you so much and even hurt Emily for your sake!” 

Bianca had prepared to be scolded, but Eli’s harsh words upon her return, coupled with their apparent regret and newfound belief in Emily, were unbearable.

If she admitted her mistake and tagged Chase, his reputation would improve, but she could imagine the frenzy of his fans. Online abuse would surely follow. 

“Dad, are you really trying to drive me to death?” Bianca looked at Eli with tears in her eyes. 

“How is this driving you to death? It’s merely asking you to clarify your mistakes, If you had apologized earlier, it wouldn’t have escalated and caused more public outrage,” Eli retorted, 

Seeing Eli was unyielding, Bianca tearfully looked at Chase, hoping to soften his heart. “Chase, you care about me the most, right? Do you really want me to apologize and face online abuse? I won’t be able to handle it!” 

Chase lowered his head, silent. After a moment, he spoke. “Blanca, mistakes have consequences. You’re an ordinary person. Even if you experience online abuse, it will pass quickly, and you’ll return to your normal life. As a celebrity, the abuse I’ve faced recently has been truly unbearable. I’ve done so much for you before. Can you sacrifice a bit for me this time?” 

Bianca couldn’t believe Chase would say such heartless words.

organs. Please save me!” 

Eli was shocked, thinking it might be one of Hayden’s pranks. After all, Hayden was the most mischievous of the children. 

“If you’re asking for money, do it properly. Hello, Mr. Johnson? Your son is with us. If you want him back, prepare a hundred million dollars in ransom within three days. If you can’t, you’ll receive a part of your son’s body every day!” 

Laughter echoed from the other end. Then the call was abruptly ended. 

“Hello, hello…” When Eli tried calling back, the phone was already turned off. 

“Dad, what’s wrong? Wasn’t that Hayden’s call?” Aiden noticed Eli’s troubled expression and asked seriously. 

Eli explained Hayden’s kidnapping and the ransom demand. 

‘Dad, is Hayden playing some sick truth or dare game? He was supposed to be making big money. How could he be kidnapped?” Bianca had hoped Hayden, who loved her the most, would return and support her. How could he suddenly be in trouble? 

Eli glared at Bianca. “I tried calling back, but the phone is off. Hayden might joke around, but he wouldn’t joke about something like this.” 

Aiden’s face darkened. “I should’ve seen the signs. Hayden is not good at business; he couldn’t have landed such a big project, especially in a place like Zephyria! Dad, what do we do now? Are we really going to pay a hundred million dollars in ransom? The Johnson Group doesn’t have that much on hand, Worse, we might not even get Hayden back after paying!”
