“Then go find James right now. Time is critical. If James is willing to help, we won’t need Emily. If not, we can still turn to her,” Aiden interjected smoothly. 

Bianca’s feigned look of grievance almost faltered. “Alden, I’ll try my best, but don’t blame me if it doesn’t work out.” 

“Don’t worry, we won’t. We believe you can do it.”
