JASMINES POVÂ
What the Keith standing between Diana and I, I didn’t want to go back and forth with Diana and Keith. It was already a dumb idea for me to try to get the cup in the first place. This wasnt worth further argument.Â
“Im leaving with Tony now,” I said simply giving up. Keith looked at me for a moment but didn’t say anything to me. Luckily, he wasn’t pressing the issue further.Â
“I’ll see you in court,” I said my final words to him.Â
I said giving him one last glance then to Diana who watched me with that innocent look she played up for Keith. However I could see the deeper glare in her eyes behind that smile.Â
I turned away from them, took Tony and left the go–karting area, with our bodyguards. On the way back to our apartment I thought the embarrassing situation I had gotten myself into. 1Â

DIANA’S POVÂ
My eyes narrowed as I tried to convince Keith that Jasmine was behaving strangely.Â
“Okay, there is no need for the situation to escalate,” Keith said.Â
Why wasn’t he berating her? Keith always used to reprimand Jasmine harshly whenever I accused her if something. Now he just wanted to diffuse the situation.Â
I was lucky I had seen her in time before put the cup in her bag. Had she taken it she no doubt would had Marco’s DNA tested.Â
“See you in court,” she said to Keith,Â
Jasmine then excused herself and Keith and I watched her leave with her son.Â
My eyes narrowed as I thought of the fact that she and Keith were together, just the two of them before I arrived.Â
“What does she mean by that?” I asked him. Recalling that Jasmine had mentioned she had filed for divorce. The news took me by surprise. Keith hadn’t mentioned that at all.Â

I let a sigh as he turned to me. “Jasmine has requested a divorce,” he confessed.Â
I wanted to see if Keith would tell me the truth.Â
“You hadn’t mentioned it before,” I then asked him.Â
“Yes, sorry about that, he started slowly. “I was concerned for her and didn’t want to worry you either.”Â
Something about Keiths story made no sense. He was already planning to divorce Jasmine so why didn’t he just tell me? Why keep it a secret from me? And it certainly wasn’t appropriate for my future fiance to be meeting with his ex–wife without my knowledge.Â
“Is that why you called her over here?” I asked him.Â
“I thought I could spend time with the boys but also thought I could further discuss the divorce with Jasmine,” he further explained.Â
When had she filed for this divorce I thought to myself? He was saying he didn’t want me to worry but the last time I asked him about the divorce he said he was working on his divorce not the one she filed.Â
“I’m sorry Diana I could have communicated that better,” he told me.Â
He was owning up to everything, sure, but his tone sounded disinterested. Like I was bothering him. My smile tightened. Would he have told me any of this if I hadn’t decided to come here today? Considering the fact I came here on a whim. I thought of the other secrets he had been keeping from me and I realised I wouldn’t like the answer to my former question.Â
He and Jasmine had been alone before I arrived what had happened between them? I was afraid of the answer to that.Â
“Jasmine has been acting so differently lately,” he said. “You know how much I want to care for you and also her. Though we aren’t together I don’t want her to suffer.”Â
It was true he had a knack for wanting to help people. However, that wasn’t the only reason he was so adamant to be around Jamsine and wanting to help her, I thought to myself. She had a rich boyfriend now so why would she suffer?Â
“It’s not like I’m upset and want us to fight I’m just surprised you didn’t inform me sooner,” I told Keith. I couldn’t get mad at him, I had to remain calm unless I wanted to be perceived as jealous.Â

I felt a pit in my stomach.Â
“Anyway, it’s getting late,” he then told me. “Lets head home,” he told me.Â
“Yes,” I agreed.Â
Feeling irritable I went to get Marco whilst Keith got the car ready. As the sun slowly began to set we left the the Riverlakes Resort.Â
“Why were you fighting over a cup?” he then asked me. I was caught off guard at first, not expecting him to bring this up now.Â
“I don’t why she wanted that cup but I found it so odd how she was wanted to take. Marco was drinking from it. The way she went for it felt like she wanted to do something to it,” I told Keith.Â
His eyes stared into mine for a moment as if he was trying to figure something out. I caught my breath feeling uneasy again. 1Â
To distract him from the idea that Jasmine had done it because she was suspicious of me and Marco. If I framed it like she was trying who wanted to harm Marco.Â
“She said hit her first,” he told me.Â
“Of course she did. She always blames me for things I she’s done,” I said trying to get sympathy. “You know, I would never hit anyone for no reason.”Â
My breathing hitched from his questioning. His eyes searched mine onc more. It felt like an interrogation.Â
“Keith, she punched me in the eye!” I reminded him. “Of course I was just nervous about what she could do next.”Â
“You’re right,” he replied.Â
Keith didn’t have proof of anything wrong I had done so he couldn’t outright say he didn’t trust me.Â
The rest of the ride home I was quiet. Marco and Keith talk about how the go–karting session had gone meanwhile my mind was spiraling.Â
The problem was that Jasmine was now a huge liability in ‘the plan. From the very beginning we knew Jasmine was always going to know and be suspicious of me but it didn’t matter because she was always supposed to be the last thing on Keith‘ mind.Â

However, if this–what this was continued, she would eventually making him start asking more questions. He would eventually find out the truth. He was already investigating me as it is.Â
When we arrived home and got out of the car my heart was pounding loudly in my chest. I was almost out of breath as I walked into the mansion walking behind Marco and Keith.Â
I just couldn’t wrap around the current situation I was in. Keith was lying to me. He wanted joint custody of Anthony with Jasmine and he was keeping secrets from me. He seemed always distracted. He was seeking Jasmine out.Â
‘He‘ had told me that he gone see Jasmine several times a two weeks ago. I imagine that today’s little excursion with Marco and Jasmine’s son was another excuse to see Jasmine again.Â
He was slowly but surely pulling away from me. But what had changed? Jasmine was pulling away from him and yet he was going after her. Frustration filled me at the thought.Â
I didn’t have control over the situation. I could frame and accuse Jasmine as much as I wanted in the past because of how little Keith cared.Â
What’s worse is I couldn’t touch Jasmine. I wanted to make her pay for humiliating me like this. Not with Keith currently suspicious of me and Jasmine being affiliated with the Carrington’s.Â
Once Keith and I were ready for bed in the bedroom I kissed him. “Diana,” he tried to speak as he pulled away. However, I didn’t let him as I quickly placed my lips on his again.Â
“Diana, wait,” he tried to stop me. I didn’t listen to him however. I wasn’t taking no for an answer right now. I was sure I would seduce him into giving in. Men never denied sex. And I was right because eventually he did as his arm came round my waist.Â
I pushed him toward the bed and got busy. I took the reigns this time. Doing most of the work. I didn’t want to give him any time to change his mind or to zone out like he had last time.Â
My eyes met his icy blue ones as he held my waist as I sat atop him. I,wanted him to focus on me and only me. Choose me Keith. Love me. You’re all that I have, I begged him internally. I didn’t want to lose to that woman again.Â

When we were done I lay on his chest as we slowly drifted off to sleep.Â
Mark my words Jasmine i’ll make you regret doing this to me. I couldn’t touch in the current situation she was in but ‘he‘ could. Once I saw ‘him‘ again I was sure he would have a new plan to turn things around. For now I could only lie low and follow his advice.Â
I was restlessly waiting for him to contact me.Â
