Chapter 209 

He chuckled, nipping my jaw. “Wouldn’t want it any other way.” 

I was still panting from our encounter, my chest heaving against the temple’s cold stone wall. 

Druen stood in front of me, tall and towering, every inch of his newly shifted lycan body still humming with divine power. Sweat glistened along his shoulders, and the glow in his golden eyes wasn’t just lust now, it was something ancient, something claimed. 

“You feel it too,” I whispered, my voice hoarse.
