This little prick thinks he’s clever but he’s nothing but a waste of air and he’s going to pay for the hell he’s put my mate through. Of course, I know the werewolf law of not being able to punish him for a crime without his Alpha’s permission. If Bonnie had officially been my mate when I caught him attacking her then I would have ended him right there and then and it wouldn’t have been a problem. Still, I don’t want a war with another pack if I can prevent it

Yes, I pride myself on being a man of my word but when it comes to Rowan and Lola all bets are off which is why today in the middle of everything happening I managed to find a few minutes to call Alpha Harold and inform him of what I caught Rowan doing out in the forest, I also made him aware of the further issues that we need to discuss but thankfully, he was happy to come here and discuss everything here which I’m grateful for because I didn’t want to talk about Bonnie’s abuse over the phone. It’s a conversation that needs to be done in person. 

I had originally assumed that Alpha Harold wouldn’t arrive until later tonight due to the distance between our packs and of course, he would need to make arrangments before he could leave so you can imagine my complete and utter joy when he informed me that he was in fact at his sister’s back just 3 hours away. The sooner he gets here the better. 

With everything that just happened with Tony and him turning off the lights, I hadn’t paid much attention to the time until I had a link informing me that he had arrived and I was nothing but fucking relieved. Keeping my hands off Rowan and holding Storm back is so much harder than you could ever imagine and while we both know that we won’t be able to kill the prick the moment his Alpha turns up, just knowing that we are a step closer to it helps a 

lot. 

While I stand in front of the prick who thinks his shit smells of roses the main door to the cells echoes through the hallway as it opens and shuts soon followed by heavy footsteps, and then the door to this room opens and I feel Storm howl with joy. I don’t turn back to look at him, I don’t need to. I know that my men that are currently in this room have my back and my mates so instead I keep my eyes on the prick in front of me and want to laugh until I cry when I see the relieved look on his face. Does he seriously think that his Alpha is here to save him? 

As Alpha Harold comes to stand beside me I take a moment to look around and notice that all of the men who came with him are all standing back against the walls never taking their eyes off him. They don’t want to overstep the mark or invade his privacy but they are still making sure that he is protected and I can respect them for that. “Alpha Nicholas. It’s nice to see you once again. It’s just a shame that it’s under these circumstances. I nod a sad smile but keep my thoughts to myself for now. 

“Hello, Alpha, Harold. Thank you for making the trip here today.” He smiles at me before turning to face the front and setting his who is currently tied to a chair and looks about ready to shit himself.

“Well hello, Rowan. What the hell have you been doing?” Again the need to laugh at him is strong. He looks like the cat who got the cream, like Alpha Harold, is about to swoop in and rescue him and he’ll just walk off into the sunset. Absolutely fucking not! “Alpha, thank you for coming for me. How did you find out about this mishap? Did my dad call you?” he may not realize it at that very moment but those words turn out to be a major fuck up on his part.
